Refund and Returns Policy

At Wolfeks, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Items that do not qualify for refunds include:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items returned damaged or worn

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@wolfeks.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  3. Ship the item(s) back to the provided address within 7 days of confirmation

Note: We do not accept returns without prior authorization.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Wolfeks is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Contact your bank
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@wolfeks.com
